Amazing staff and great experience! Did a Saturday afternoon walk-in for a double nose piercing and they were so warm and welcoming. And the atmosphere is unlike any other place I’ve been before. Highly recommend!

They are absolutely amazing. I’m super pleased with the service and their Jewllery option. They both VERY professional and sweet. I had issues with my earrings. And they know how to fixed it. I am a regular customer there now lol. I did 3 ears piercing and I couldn’t be more happier. Also, their new spot is so cute. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. And infinity - you will not have me in your system. Because this is a fake name. I have never written a review ever but I made an account just to do it due to what a horrible process it was with them. I think people deserve to know because I wish I did. I was in their office multiple times. To get piercings, to get pierced, to get them to look at my severely infected piercings that they did improperly. I had no budget in this place and I truly genuinely trusted them thinking they had my best interest at heart, and that they knew what they were doing. However , they decided to pierce many different piercings on both ears and nose all in the same day. I spoke with actual reputable piercers and they commented on what a terrible job it is and said they should’ve never pierced me that many times all in one day AND all in a short period of time. I bought their most expensive jewelry- had no problem doing so. I spend money on things I like that are quality. However, sadly, this cheap overpriced jewelry literally just came out of my ears! That should not happen! I have cheap jewelry that has never had that happen. So I had my new piercings fall out of my newly pierced ears. Ridiculous. Infinity knows who is leaving this review even though I’m “anonymous” because I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing (refund me) but they didn’t want to. So I am going through my bank and I will be getting my money back no matter what. Don’t spend your money here unless you want to have overpriced cheap jewelry along with 5 holes completely infected !! Terrible business.

This is by far the best place to go if you’re looking to get a piercing done! The environment and energy is very welcoming and friendly! The staff is amazing, which makes the whole experience fun and enjoyable! I can’t wait to go back and get more piercings done and my right ear styled!!

I made an appointment for an infant piercing. We came in at our scheduled time and filled out paperwork that took a few minutes. The ambiance of the studio is immaculate down to the gold wet floor sign, so gorgeous and relaxing.We went into the piercing room which was equally as stunning, and here the piercer assured me they are experts in infant and toddler piercings. They were not kidding! Talk about the fastest most seamless experience of my life.My daughter was more upset about laying back on me than she was about getting the piercing. She barely cried, and of the crying she did it was her being annoyed with having to lay down. After we left the room she was quiet and comfortable, they gave us a little kit for caring for her piercings and thorough instructions on how to do so and wrote it down on a little card for us.Talk about a spectacular experience. I’ve gotten many piercings in my life, lobes, tongue, ears, nose, and a medusa. I wish they were around when I got them. Great experience from the lovely ladies here. If you’re wondering on whether you should get pierced here or a little one in your life, this is the place. They even gifted her a sucker and a little etch and sketch, she was so calm and happy afterwards.Thank you so much.TLDR: Amazing experience, true professionals, ladies this is the spot for your piercing needs.

I went to the opening day this past weekend and got my third piercing on my lobe - the piercers were very nice and also helped me find the earrings I wanted. It was also a very clean and professional setting. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others

Beautiful place! Very clean and welcoming environment. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with picking out jewelry and in giving advice on the piercings. Love the fact that it is a small business catering to women. Will definitely return again for another piercing!

Beautiful place, clean bright welcoming. Drove down from Lapeer county totally worth it. They had a good selection of starter jewelry. Way better than the standard silver ball other places have. I’ll be back when I can change out my jewelry.

Love this place! Been coming here for piercings since they opened up in cosmo salon! My best friend and I just recently won their best friends giveaway! Always the best service when I go, I really appreciate the ladies. They always make sure to have customers enjoy the experience!
