“I have been a policy holder for many years, always full coverage. My agent office closed down, so I went to a nearby office because of a live agent. 5 made an error-in-omission on my policy, causing my claim to be denied. AAA doesn't want to fix the issue. Also, I'm a premium holder for the road service. They wouldn't allow me to use the troll to get my car back home. A road service I paid and pays for.”
