Yesterday, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at around 6:30 to 7:00 PM in the children's shoes section, there was a sign that said there was a sale from 50 to 34. When I took two pairs of shoes for my children, when I got to the checkout, there were two female cashirs saying that there was no sale and asked me to pay 111$. When I asked them both to check the section and see if there was a sale sign, they both refused and were rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was my first experience, and it was very bad. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this branch.

I purchased a ring in the jewelry department ,when calling the store operator answer the calls like it's there cell phone the young man operator is rude rude called on Monday , Tuesday, and Wednesday.you can't even get extension to different departments it's so so unprofessional when you're spending your money.Make it make sense please

I hadn't been in JC Penny in a while to shop. When did Pennys get so bad the store was messy, the carpet looked horrific. You have to walk all the way to the back of the store on the lower level to get to a check out. Smd so sad.

We had scheduled our time at 6:30 which did not end up starting till 7:30 because they had allowed someone to come an hour after their original time started. By the time we started we were close to closing time and felt rushed by the employees despite it not being our fault that we started late. We also have not gotten all of our photos over 20 days later.

Shop at JCPenney Fairlane Mall and the quality of service and attentiveness of representatives at their jewelry department was exceptional very surprised of the level quality of customer service Way to go Fairlane still thriving business. Great looking jewelry at a great price

This review is for photo. I left a bad review for the one in Taylor and then I changed my appointment to the one in Dearborn. I’m glad that I did. Aria (I don’t know if I spelled her name right) gave me the customer service that you no longer find these days. She went above and beyond for my 6th month old. My baby smiled more for aria than me. She was rolling on the floor to get the right angels. I couldn’t believe that I was able to get through all of the outfit changes. She was very patient and passionate about her work. I always get just the digital package but I got some canvases this time out of appreciation for her. I hope that she’s still around when I come back for the 1 year photos.
