This review is for Asmarri, not Key bank it’s self. She is amazing and so good at her job. She also compassionate and considerate. I had someone hack my card 3 times through this bank. I was absolutely overwhelmed and close to a break down. She was so nice and gave me a piece of mind. Thank you so much.

Will literally change the time and dates of deposits and transfers so they can hit you with fees and overdrafts, so they can literally make up reasons for even MORE overdrafts. How this bank is not charged with theft, I don’t understand.

Terrible customer service. I had an emergency where I needed to add an authorized user to my account. Literally whole bank was empty and all were talking to eachother having fun. They refused to help me because I didn't have an appointment. Don't bank here you are the customer and your money matters. Bank somewhere that appreciates you.

For some reason it wouldn't let me put zero starOne star is a lot more than they deserveWorst Bank ever even if you have 200,000 in the account they won't increase your ATM limit they will tell you we temporarily increase it when your at a ATM it never works and they will gladly deny your request to increase your ATM limit it was the worst mistake to link my seller's accounts to this garbage account andPhone representatives are super ghetto !!!!! Worst experience ever save your money and save your time get a Chase bank or Bank in India or Kandahar Afghanistan is better than this garbage Bank

Horrible institution, their employees are clueless of the subsidiaries that Key Bank even operate with. If you are a Laurel Road account holder, don't try to go to the parent institution - KeyBank because they will turn you away.... I am transferring my funds and ending my relationship with this bank.

Do not bank with this bank I have a personal and business account with them they have made it very hard for me processing checks taking long Holds on my funds and blocking both of my accounts. Terminating my business with them once everything gets figured out. There is better banks out there.

Horrible tellers, atm always out of order, can't use their cards at other atms ( even if you wanted to pay a fee) your card will NOT work when ordering online, other atms...etc & they don't report to the credit bureaus like they should! Changing banks asap

I hate this branch everybody I’m this branch is rude except the younger black teller , one lady just stares and judges me everytime I walk in , I never felt less than a person interacting with anybody I would not recommend key bank to anyone in my business field.

Just went there and the two ladies told me I had to take my check that was from key bank, to my institution. Then told me if I would open an account that they hold it for 5 days. I just felt like because I was an African American woman in Dearborn, that it wasn’t right. I guess they could not verify their own check. Don’t go there if you’re black. They evidently didn’t trust.

Bad customer service, don’t let them tell you the manager will have to give you a call back because they won’t return the call. Really considering closing my account here. So rude.

These communists charge $4 for their ATM fee. I haven't felt this type of oppression since 1980's Romania.

It’s a reason why this bank isn’t as big as Chase or Bank of America.. False promotion and Bad customer service!! Find a bank that appreciate you when dealing with YOUR Money. Key bank won’t last. I wish I could give no stars on this review.

I’ve banked at many different places over the years and I can honestly say that KeyBank overall is my worst experience. They’re not customer driven— they’re profit driven and it shows. I’ve noticed this through every branch I’ve visited, the call center, and their online banking tools. Anytime I’ve called asking a question or needed additional information regarding my account they’ve let me down. It seems like the only times I was able to actually get help is if I even slightly showed interest in another one of their products (mortgage, loan, etc). Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly suggest others to do so.
