No drive thru.
Pharmacists seem to be frequently distracted.
Some pharmacists seem to have an attitude and play word games. If we come to get our medication just work on it instead of staring blank to the computer. I'm changing my pharmacy to another one, I used to have them filled at Meijers but my insurance plan changed. But I do not recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for years. They have the best pharmacists ever. I have Anexity and always think something’s wrong with me or my daughter lol. They have never made me feel weird or bad. They take their time, look at whatever is bothering me. They explain why it’s nothing. And how to help it. They don’t ignore me or make me feel ridiculous. They even educate me on my problem. If I could give them 10 stars. I would!

The pharmacists and staff at Kroger Pharmacy are absolutely wonderful! Every time I come in, they are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand my prescriptions. The staff goes above and beyond to assist with insurance issues and refill requests, and they do it all with a smile. It’s rare to find a pharmacy team this helpful and attentive — I truly appreciate their excellent service!

The pharmacist is very caring and attentive to his patients. Very impressed by the team, they were able to help me get my medication, quickly when CVS was giving me a hard time! They make you feel like you’re not just a number!

They do not take medicare prescriptions part D anymore after 15 years with them this is how they repay loyal customers.

Excellent place to get prescriptions, immunizations, over the counter medications and personal hygiene items. The pharmacists are very helpful always. The prices are very competitive. I recommend them highly and without any reservations, for you and your family.

Avoid at all costs. The manager Bilal Sayyid, is rude and filled with so much attitude. He has no respect or manners. I’ve been going here for a few years, ran into this manager for the first time and I would never be back here again. The other manager is much better than him, at least he cares about his customers. Compared to Bilal, with high ego & rude attitude for a short person, who only cares about sitting on a chair and bossing his employees around rudely, and showing attitude to his customers. Disgusting.

Absolute the worst service ever by the MANAGER BILAL!! He was very rude and disrespectful and said he didn’t want to help me ! RUDE RUDE RUDE. Surprised he’s the manager ! Never going back here
