Lady at the guest service was arguing with everyone in the line that went in front of me so i already knew what i was going in for(attitude and everything) so i knew what i was about to deal with. kept polite and respect till she got mad that i said i’m going to read over the receipt to check info which is literally common sense if you transfer money. asked for the fee prices since she wouldnt tell me because she wanted to give me silent treatment and she said well i was gonna tell you then rolls her eyes and laughs lol 🤣 told her i was tryna make her job and mine easier for the both for us but i guess she doesnt like that. then just kept looking at me and everyone around us saying i just dont understand and laughing so i looked at everyone in kine and told them good luck because what kind of costumer service is that. left and told her have a wonderful day and she wouldnt even say it back. this js coming from a 20 year old and that lady is probably in her 50s-60s and i know how to talk better to people than that. do better

Worst store, limp rotten month old produce, shit all over the floor, lazy unhelpful employees, they are all very rude. A few years ago there were quite a few employees that went above and beyond to help, I guess snotty managers chased them all away. It's almost like they didn't train anyone, they are just standing around waiting for a free check.

What happened! This store is down hill in customer service and is dirty.
Isles and Isles of flowers, it’s not a florist it’s a grocery store. Rehaul the store from employees to managers. Organise the store and deep clean. I will not be back for awhile I hope when I stop in again I see change. Also cashier was horrible, the young lady who was bagging has hope but with the wrong manager she either leave or become like the other associates, horrendous

Worst Kroger you have ever seen. All the staff is worthless and clueless, shelves not stocked ever, everyone working there has a bad attitude and shouldn’t be representing Kroger and just slow as hell. No work ethic. Employees joke and okay whole customers stand and suffer. Nothing is maintained so don’t expect anything to work including the bottle return. Then on top of all of the workers being worthless so are most the people shopping there. Probably worst location in America. Hope this helps. Definitely choose a different location nearby.

Disrespectful employees. My mother and I tried saying 'excuse me' to a worker, but she responded in a rude tone, telling us to wait. She was blocking all the products. They need to go back to training and learn to treat customers with RESPECT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
