I simply had a question that could’ve been answered in less than 30 seconds and I called three times. and was on hold between the three calls for over 20 minutes before somebody finally picked up a phone. Whatever happened to true customer service?

Went in for a few things. We found everything. The handicap restroom
toiletpaper holder lid was open. Had a chair for toddler but no changing table.

The quality of food has gone down everything is expired looking , scarce and super overpriced! Then they have the broke down security guard harassing you and the scarecrow looking attendant hovering you but scared to say you missed a item in your cart and wanna run to security when he could’ve just said something while he is hovering you . Overall this Kroger quality and upkeep is minimal .

Always having self checkout closed. During rush hour after work there too many empty checkouts and self checkouts. Stand in line for 8-15 minutes. When go in for my quick 2 items, I spend 3/4 of my time in line.

Lived in this area over fifty years. The bottle and can return used to be state of the art. For the last five years the and can return has become intolerable. The machines are always full or broken Nobody is there to fix them. I’m taking my business somewhere else and letting everyone know

My cousin, whom is cognitively challenged, lost his phone on Friday. His friend was told that a phone was found Friday evening. My cousin walked up to Kroger and was told they had 3 phones, but would not let him look at them. I called this morning and was told they only had one IPhone. Which is it 1 or 3?

This Kroger is showing signs of going downhill! And it is what I would consider to be one of the better Krogers on that side of town. Please get management to keep it up! It's a nice Kroger. Unlike the other one up the street near Greenfield! That one has completely went downhill!!!

Horrible waited for help on self check out for 15 minutes shelves were empty..Looked just like a Walmart long lines,no help and empty shelves I'd give no stars but they make you give at least one never going back thete

Went up there around dinner time in the lines were 75 feet long for self check out. On top of that the shelves were not full. Many things were out of stock. has to be the 5th time I went up there to get something and compromised my choice because it wasn’t there only to wait in line for half an hour.

Kroger. Didn't see Chad, lead singer of Nickelback here,although I heard his family owns it. Got some sushi, kombucha, and bath salts. Didn't have a loyalty card - still got a discount due to some fancy footwork. Raised my net worth by a whopping. 90 cents, bea-atch!

Customers are rude but employees are nice.
