Slow and unprofessional. Impossible to get my results. I called multiple times and tried to used their website but ended up going somewhere else for another test. 0/10. Under no circumstance would I recommend.

This place is very unprofessional, and the staff are very rude. I went to get my blood work at the office and they close at 5 and I got there exactly 5 minutes late and the person that was at the front desk was very rude and closed the window in my face and said they are closed behind the window. I understand I got there 5 minutes late, but at least please say it with nice manners. Especially when you work in the medical field, I know for a fact that being professional and having nice manners to your patients is key! Also please correct your hours online because it says your office will close at 6 and when I got there they closed at 5. Thank you!

I had the worst experience today, extremely rude the guy at the front desk, I believe his name Demyan his african American, I Was there first but he decided to take two people ahead of me while looking at me with attitude, maybe you should consider a career change. Leave the attitude at home.

Look blood work went well can't even complain but the unprofessional bs smh dude come to the lobby saying he's going to have to f someone up either someone in the lobby or a cowork out loud no cares giving on who can hear him..unprofessional

Did a great job with my blood draw. I was in and out of the office with 15 minutes and everyone was very nice.

The black guy who did my blood draw was AMAZING! but the woman at the window has a nasty attitude, & I honestly feel like if I hadn’t been listening to my gospel on the way there I would’ve slapped the shit out of her 🤷🏽♀️ The LORD saved her on this good Tuesday.

The phlebotomist did not follow proper protocols with feeling the vein before inserting the needle into my arm. The needle was then inserted deeper into my arm to wear less than a quarter was showing outside of my arm, which is improper. Then the phlebotomist chose to fish in my arm, which is taking the needle and moving it and squishing it around, causing tremendous pain!

While I was in the waiting room at LabCorp Dearborn, an elderly man became frustrated with the technology used to check in - something I find rather impersonal and not accessible for all people- he turned and was about to leave, when Damien, kindly called out and Encouraged him to come up to the window where he could help him check in. Damien was so very kind to the gentleman, that he decided to stay.
Many people working with the public could learn a lot from Damien.

The woman drawing my blood refused to speak to me. She called my name (which she mixed up what my name actually is) and then when I got up to meet her she stared at me and said nothing when I greeted her. She said nothing during the draw and looked as if I had personally insulted her family. To top it off, my arm was bruised afterward and that usually happens when I get blood drawn at places where the service is poor.

Went to get a blood draw this am. I do not do well with blood draw. After a bit of confusion( mine) when I first went up to register, it went smoothly. My phlebotomist ( Darius) ??? Was simply the very best!!! Better than all the rest!!!!

Upon arrival, I had an issue with the paperwork from my school. It took a couple of hours to get it resolved. I had a doctor's appointment a 1-hour drive away later in the day and by the time my school resolved the paper work I only had a few minutes before I had to leave to get back in time for my appointment. The lady at the front desk (unfortunately did not catch her name) got me in and out in a matter of minutes and I made my doctors appointment! Thank you!

Prompt service. A provider of labs and physicals nearby (and Detroit location too) takes an hour for a drug test. Not thus Labcorp. Some of the staff has a slight attitude, I'll take it with the short wait times

All of the employees are absolutely amazing. I would give them a six out of five. The problem is is they started doing drug testing and now the place is packed full of people trying to get it drug tested for employment.
