One of the associates flat out lied and said all last act sales are final. I know for a fact that's a lie and it also says on the Macy's website's return policy that you CAN return last act items within 30 days. Do NOT let them tell you otherwise!

Stopped in to browse - decided to buy a shirt for my husband. No sales associate at the first counter I tried, one with a lengthy line in an adjacent department so I approached the next nearest two sales associates at men's fragrances who were talking together, not assisting customers. They wouldn't ring up my purchase & directed me to the lengthy line. Needless to say, I opted to leave without making the purchase. Next I went to housewares and for the first 15 minutes browsed around a seemingly deserted department that was utterly disorganized with items strewn about and on the floor. When I finally wandered toward furniture, I noticed two sales associates-again talking but not with customers. I wonder is there any upper management, any attention to customer service? It makes me so sad because this used to be a top notch store. Macy's, please clean up your act!

Terrible, as usual. One open register per level. Clothes un organized. Bathrooms look like they came out a scary movie along with the rest of the store. The only decent thing about it is that they have a Perfume Department for last minute gifting ideas. Otherwise is a thumbs down for me.

OK it's a pandemic Macy's is in trouble what can we do. The collection of clothes at this Macy's was less than anywhere else, however they still had some brand names. I did not see too many workers not too many customers but again it was closing time on Saturday evening at 6:50 PM.I hope Macy's makes it through the pandemic because They have some of the best clothes....

We have always find great quality products in Macy's. I think the pandemic took a hit on most of the stores. I prefer online shopping these days. Check out lines were very long as there were not enough open registers. The cashier was not friendly.

I went to Fairlane to do a return I had one hand bag a wallet and leather conditioner the woman who was working in the handbag area refused to do my returns. Customer service was closed so I took it to a delightful woman in the clothing department although she hesitated she was able to do all my returns with ease and she was very patient with me. It was only because of her I had a good experience. Her name was Venita. She took her time she was able to complete my returns and she was very patient with me which I really respected.

Are you sure this isn't a run down Marshall's? Save your time, make the drive to 12 oaks. This macy is depressing. No shoppers, yet a ton of clothes and shoes all over the floor. In the words of my toddler, "yuck mama so messy." So messy to the point where pushing a stroller becomes an intense cardio workout because you're trying to avoid running over hangers and clothes. Employees avoid you at all costs, don't worry I don't want to talk to you either, just maybe do your job Or are we too sensitized in this day and age to actually ask ppl to do what they are getting paid for? Am I coming off as offensive for expecting a clean, friendly, experience? Also, if that wasn't bad, there are not many brands here. Just avoid. I left and was sweating as if I ran a marathon. Probably gave myself a heart attack from the experience.
