The staff always is positive and friendly when they greet you. When asking questions they are helpful do suggest options especially for loans which help with monthly cash flow. LOC has become a “big” bank yet kept the small credit union feel. Highly recommended LOC and want to Thank Staff for the help.

This is one of the best five star location for LOC from management to retail financial banker and to tellers. These ladies are amazing. I have been a member for many years. In general, service is fast and accurate. My main suggestion for improvement is to offer Saturday hours and consider staying open later at least one day each week.

My experience was wonderful there was never a time that I needed help Member focus didn't help me I would like to thank Shanta for always helping me I appreciate you so much. There are 3 other young women I would like to show my appreciation and thanks toPatricia, Janet and Dina thank you for working so hard to help me get a depth consolidation loan. I have been a member of this credit union for many years and thought it is about time that I recognize and thank the employees of the (Telegraph Branch) for their professionalism and dedication to their job. Shanta, Patricia, Maha and Kaylee know how to make their members feel important and at home. They are very knowledgeable and personal in handling our transactions. Let me start off by saying my experience at this location has been absolutely amazing. I’ve worked with Dina on a few loans of mine and she has been nothing less then relentless to get me exactly what I’m looking to get. Absolutely the best rates I’ve ever been given and with swiftness. Please call and ask to talk to Dina or any of the member that work here and I promise you, you will not be disappointed! So happy with the service here!
