The place was very clean and I enjoyed the conversation we had about home internet. Eddie was really informative, he really knows his stuff. He even helped me with my home internet that I purchased from another store. When I went back to that store, they did not want to help me. He was very nice too. Don't get me wrong, Tita is good too. Hey girl lol

I'm out of state and I just broke my phone. Eddie went out of his way to hep me get all my stuff back. No one else would but he handled it. This is my first time in this store, it will not be my last. I will keep coming here from now on.

I went to Lebanon and when I came back, my number was gone. I went to three different metros to try to get my number back and none of them wanted to help. I came to this store, he helped me from the bottom of his heart, got my number back, and now I can have all of my bank accounts and my social accounts back on.
If only people knew about the store, I guarantee you they would not go anywhere else. I love this attitude of his too. He's just a very good friendly person.
You made my day Eddie, I will give you 20 stars, I will. If Metro will reach out to me, I will give you 100% I hope they do.

The customer service was great! The guy behind the counter really helped me out and makes me feel at ease when I'm purchasing my phone. There was no pressure. He talked me through all of the plans. Even help me set up my account.
