Two options to retrieve the order, use the code that was sent to me and type it into the on-site screen or use the QR code to scan into the machine that unlocks the locker. Very simple and convenient. Didn't need to go inside the store. The lockers were in the entryway. Very happy with the ease of use!”

“I went here to pick up some supplies for a local property. The place sits near fairlane mall and I found out the traffic can be kind of heavy at times. It was very busy. There are many stores around this location so it can be tough to find. Once i arrived in the store I was greeted and asked if I needed some help. This was really surprising and helpful. Some of these big box stores typically do not ask you if you need help. They were very helpful and pointed me to the right direction for various items. The same service guide that asked me in the first place also asked if I found everything. Great customer service and a breath of fresh air. This trip was a great experience and was a welcome visit.”
