Went here for years for my Great Pyrenees. They have some new girl in the groom area and I wouldn’t let that touch my dog with a 10 ft pole. Will not be going back for sure.

I visited Pet Supplies Plus today to get food and a carrier for my kitten, and I had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and professional, helping me find the right food for my kitten’s needs and a suitable carrier for her vet visit next week. Great prices. Friendly staff. Definitely get a rewards card. Saved $22 off a $189 purchase. Very cute seasonal/holiday items. One stop shop for those little pet gifts and stocking stuffers.
Second visit: Also great. Love the products. Tons of inexpensive and clearance items for anyone on hard times. For sure my new go-to store.

I just stopped at this pet supply plus to get some dog food and the smell was absolutely awful. The employees were just sitting around talking and not taking care of whatever that god awful Is. Will not be returning ever.
