Very unprofessional, cancelled my 3 dog’s appointment because a worker felt like calling out last minute. I got there at 7 in the morning for a woman to tell me “yeah we tried calling at 6:30” when she didn’t even know who my dogs were getting the cuts with. I called an hour later asking the woman on the phone who my dogs were cutting with and she told me a whole different person than the one that “called out”. And telling me my dogs appointments were at 7:30 when in the app it said 7 in the morning. Never ever taking my dogs here again, I’d rather drive the 45 minutes and go elsewhere to actual professionals who know how to communicate in field of having a job. Very unprofessional workers who know nothing when it comes down to communication and having skills in that area. These people only give a shit how much you tip them that’s about it. 🫡

I'm finally going to post this because it's been on my mind, me and my husband used to go to this petsmart for our snake's and gerbils food. My husband was looking for a job here and was lead wrong by the owner, he claims that my husband called up there with attitude and that's why he started being rude to us. We didn't even move into our house in the area when he claims that the call came in, we didn't even know this place existed yet. They just didn't want us as customers anymore for whatever reason. We actually didn't mind going there despite the high prices but this made us turn completely away from going there ever again, rude people and I don't trust buying animals there.
