The facility is very clean and the vibe is energetic and positive. The staff are friendly, and the management is exceptional, demonstrating dedication to a clean and organized environment with a friendly and approachable demeanor. The manager is commended for being professional, attentive, and motivating, fostering a sense of unity and positivity. While generally solid, some note that the after-hours entrance should be cleaned more and that weights are sometimes left disorganized. The gym also sells shirts. It is a place to discover your inner strength and usher in a healthier lifestyle.
