Where to start? Well let's start with when I booked my appointment I was told that it was a 24-hour facility let me say that was totally WRONG!!!!!! Oh sure if you want to pay a bill you can do all that online they're gladly take your money 24 hours a day however if you need to do any storage picking up or delivering you have to work between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and the whole facility will shut down on you at 9:00 p.m. it happened to me last night! I arrived at the storage place at 7:30 with a load of things to be put into my storage locker there was no one there so we automatically went in with a code that was no issue however at 9:00 the building shut down there was no elevator usage at that point and my fiance and I were stuck behind an electric fence for over an hour trying to get some assistance over the phone. We end up calling the Dearborn Police department and a nice officer told us to just park our U-Haul truck there and we would have to make arrangements to get home. It would have been nice if the operator who took my reservation would have told us that you have to be off property long before 9:00. The anxiety of it was unbearable to think that even when the police tried to get information on how to get us out they could not we end up going through a small opening between the security gate and we look for any kind of reference number to call and there was none if it would have been a medical emergency we would have just perished! I left a message for the property manager and as of 12 hours later I have not heard from her at all this is totally unacceptable. Then there was the issue of not enough floor loaders dollies to be used there were only two. This place is great for snoring your belongings and I assure you I won't be using their facility for very long as well as I was upset with the mandatory insurance policy that you had to book upon your rental so a rental that was $99 plus tax end up costing us nearly $150 for a bye by 10 unit again this is totally unacceptable! I hope that by reading this you can be a very informed consumer and if the management or corporate at public storage actually see this they will take firm and fast action to rectify this situation if not believe me word of mouth spreads faster than covid! Thank you

I had a very good experience here. This is my first time renting a space out at a public storage facility and ROB made sure i was ok . He's very friendly, respectful, and made my visit here very welcoming.

This place is a joke. There are no carts to haul your stuff to and from your locker. Bathrooms are always locked and you can't use them. The rates keep going up more than once a year. I just feel like there is no one who cares. I have even called their corporate office and they don't even care if I have a complaint. Do not store here. I'm moving out to u haul.

Horrible company. No one ever answers the phone! No one calls back when messages are left. Been a total nightmare. Now they refuse to refund my money. I moved out on the 5th of the month. They refuse to give me my money back for days not used. Long hallways. No one available. No carts. Codes for everything. Horrible services and q huge rip off. Do not store anything here. They will screw you over. With the stress and expense of moving. This company makes it so much worse. Do not rent here! My empty unit they public storage is making me pay for even though my things are gone. Lock was messed up. Endless stress. Do not rent here. You will have nothing but hassles and headaches

Access hours are very short. Staff was rude when they answered the phone and not on-site during their alloted hours. I would store your stuff anywhere but here. Also during the day the gate was just open.

WE WERE BROKEN INTO AND ALL OUR STUFF WAS TAKEN. My husband is serving in the military and the service we received from this place was PITIFUL. No apologies, no help, nothing. Fortunately we had great insurance through USAA but this must have been an inside job because our unit was broken into when the office was closed (which is practically all the time) and the manager was "out of town". And conveniently there are no cameras in the hallways, just at the loading docks. WHY NOT EVERYWHERE? And the gate was broken for awhile. If I could give negative stars I would. My advice--go elsewhere.

My grandmother has been tryout to get in touch with someone for A WEEK because she lost her keys and really needs to get into her unit. She went to the facility, no one there to help. Can't ever speak to a live person, the automated system is OBNOXIOUS!!!!!! We want our stuff out of there!!! Every time we ring the so called property manager all we get is a voicemail. Very unreliable and professional and I wouldn't trust my stuff to be in there EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I've had this unit for a few months now initially I was told the main double doors would be replaced within a weeks time, however as of today still not replaced inconveniencing those moving in and or out. Also, I paid movers last week only to show up and they had the entire structure blocked off advising we couldn't drive on to the premises. This location is very inconsiderate, doesn't notify customers of abrupt changes, and continues to lie about the double doors being down due to the city of Dearborn which isn't factual either. In moving somethings out last weekend I overheard the agent lie once again to other new clients that the doors would be replaced by Mon or Tues here it is Sunday and still inoperable. Save yourself the hassle and choose another location they're rude and extremely inconsiderate.
