I purchased my car from Jack Demmer in Dearborn. Marcos and Yaya are my go-to for any car-related needs. They are very professional and helpful. Macros always kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, and they got it right every time. The loaner department was also friendly and accommodating. I have consistently received great service. On a recent visit to Ford WHQ I unfortunately caught a nail in one of my tires. Thankfully, Jack Demmer Lincoln was nearby. They did a stand-up job getting my tire repaired and back on the road quickly. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. The shop was clean, and the waiting area overlooked the service bays, so you could easily watch your vehicle being worked on. Highly recommended.

Bad experience. They told me they rotated my tires the last time I was there but they didn't and then only give me $20 off for their mistake. My tire went 14000 mile without being rotated.

Place is slow took almost 1.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change, ridiculous I wouldn't recommend.
