Bad experience do not use them. This company’s realtors care more about quick commissions and helping their friends than being honest with buyers. They failed to disclose serious issues with the property, leaving us with costly problems that should have been made clear before the sale. This is unethical, unprofessional, and a huge breach of trust. I would never recommend doing business with them

Been trying to contact the listing agent of a house listed as a foreclosure on the block I live on in Detroit for 2 weeks. Called daily after not receiving responses to messages for a week and have yet to make contact with the agent. Now the house is showing pending offer at a price we did not have the opportunity to make a counter offer to. Shady real estate practices

These guys are swindlers. Hoss Harb said we were approved for this place and let me and my family come into the office and pay an app fee. The next day he was unreasonable and is trying to move on with the property because my wife was busy at work and couldn’t respond in his time frame. Complete rip off. Real shifty guy couldn’t maintain eye contact. Real fidgety.

DO NOT DEAL WITH HOSS AT THIS LOCATION he is rude and does not pay attention to anything you say I told him I'd be there at the latest 545 and next thing you know he text me at 530 says cancel because he has a 6 pm,appt but he does not care about you or your family not 1 bit,do yourself a favor record the conversation with him

If I could provide zero stars, I absolutely would. First, the realtor for the home owner was Tim Muflihi. This man is not a good representation of this company. He promised that his client would fix agreed upon issues with the house. Several times through text and phone calls, noted that he would personally cover these damages if his client did not do so. My mother and I attempted to coordinate times to have people come into our home to fix this in good faith, but they either took forever to return calls or they choose times that were after an agreed upon time we originally set. At the time of signing, the owner was supposed to pay $1000 to the city of Southgate, as they needed to have the driveway completed. We were later informed that this did not occur. We were informed by Tim personally- that the payment was made to the city at the time of signing, as we went through the paperwork. We also find out that Tim Muflihi and the owner of the property, knew there were several city violations with the house that needed to be fixed before the house could be certified, that they did not disclose to us at anytime. We asked Tim Muflihi to provide us with an address or contact information of his client, and he repeatedly ignored our requests. Several times our realtor had to reach out, and he continued to lie and weasel his way around the truth. My mother even reached out to the broker if this agency, but that was of little use. This man is a sham. We have spent so much money to fix issues due to the misrepresentation of the property and what both Tim and the former owner told the mortgage company would be fixed per our agreement. They were trying to get out of this property by any means necessary, even by deception. He even said that the client and him does business together with other properties, which makes me wonder if he had a personal stake in this. Please save your time, effort, and money and choose an agent that is forthcoming and willing to do what is right. Tom Muflihi is not the one. You always dream of buying your first home, but you never assume that skein will take advantage of you. This turned out to be the worse decision ever, and it’s all because of their need to take advantage of people.

This people are rockstars! They will jump through hoops to make sure that you are happy. I was homeless and nobody would rent to me because of my name Karen. I tried everywhere and the same "sorry but we can't rent to a Karen." But not them they made me feel comfortable and wanted. I now have a beautiful home for my grandchildren to visit me in. I couldn't of done it without them
