First time came here for delivery my appointment 10:30am check in 9:30am they start unloading 2:30pm I got cancel my second pick up because of they took 7 hours for unloading and it’s Friday no other load for board

I despise this place because of the staff and management. They are losers. They treat us like we are a burden on them. What is this nonsense? Do your job or sleep at home. Don't come. Their merchandise is good, I don't deny that. I go there because I am close to them, but most of the time I go to other branches so I don't see the stupid staff and management.

It is a zoo, nothing organized very bad customer service. An employee oh define herself as a manager she asked me to wait for the sign in at the entrance, even though I put my name, but there was no one for half an hour to come and check me in although I had the card on my phone so stupid of them Because they are losing customers that way

Most Employee's are very rude! They don't like to help. I see Hilo drivers are understaffed. Hilo drivers look pissed off all the time. Can't ask them for help. They just drive by or tell you to have someone else help you .
