Couldn’t make change because he just started his shift. Wanted to apply $50.00 to my card and wanted to break a $100.00. Offered to put $60.00 on the card instead and still wouldn’t do it because it would be half his change. Will definitely consider driving out of my way to come to this location again, or make sure I have smaller bills.

Been going to this Speedway for years. Always great staff and manager. than a few months ago. They got a new manager it was awful. Place was dirty was not kept up. But now that the old manager is back it's great again!!

Very small location with limited food and other items. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

The staff is rude and unprofessional and the store is uncomfortably cramped and stocked. They close up to 20 minutes before their marked closing time, so make sure you're there by 10:40 or they'll turn your business away

The staff are always nice. I went in for a frozen drink. It wasn't quite 100% but at least the red light wasn't on. It's not their fault anyway. If you get a speedy pass, three cents off each gallon of gas.

I have always had a great experience here up until a couple weeks ago. I had asked the woman working if what I needed could be bought on the Speedy gift card, to which she replied yes. So, while she was busy attending to other customers and having a side conversation with another woman (a shorter employee who has always been very nice and sweet, who I assume was off the clock as she didn't have her Speedy uniform items on), I redeemed a good portion of my Speedy points I'd accumulated over the past 9 months for a $10 gift card, due to the insanely high inflation and gas prices we have right now. Finances are spread very thin.I proceeded to tell her I needed the item, plus $5 in gas, and had my gift card plus $5 in cash. She said she needed the cash first, so she applied the cash, then said she couldn't use the card for gas. Confused, as I had just told her the two things I needed to purchase, I said, "okay I'm not sure how I am going to buy gas then, that's why I wanted to use the gift card for the item and the cash for gas". She replied, "well you didn't say you needed gas, you only asked about the item". I most definitely did tell her I needed gas, AFTER I had redeemed the gift card. It had been 2-3 minutes in between the two interactions. The issue was that she was having the side conversation with the off the clock woman, and she was not paying attention well enough to register the fact I told her I needed gas. She literally argued with me, actually raising her voice, saying, "NO you did not tell me you needed gas!" I remained polite and just said, "I'm sorry but I did tell you" then she says, "I'm not gonna argue with you over $10!" To which I reply, "I'm not arguing, but I definitely told you ma'am", so then she cancelled it and rang it all back up again.Ever since then she has had the biggest attitude with me. Today I went in, I said I needed to apply $1.47 from my debit card and the remaining balance from my cash (from the bottles I'd just returned - again, finances spread thin). I wanted to keep whatever cash i could because my child's school is having a bake sale and I wanted to make sure I could send her to school with at least a dollar or two. She said she needed the cash first. Idk why all of a sudden this specific woman at this specific gas station insists cash must be used first. Its not like that anywhere else. I have severe dyslexia and social anxiety and the line was long behind me, I was trying yo figure out how much exact cash so that I could use the $1.47 from my card, and she's seeing me struggle and just stared at me, obviously looking annoyed, and I know the ppl behind me are annoyed, and I feel like a total idiot because I'm struggling (due to my dyslexia, anxiety, and being generally bad at doing math in my head, I get everything backwards), and she doesn't even bother to help. So i just hand her the cash, get the change, dont even use the card luke i wanted, and hurry out of there feeling so embarrassed and like this woman just hates me, simply because she was the one having a side conversation and not paying attention.I just really don't appreciate her attitude, I try to avoid going there when she is working anymore but sometimes I have to. Its the only gas station I pass everyday aside from 1 other one (which is so overpriced) taking my son back and forth to his school, which is about a 15-20 minute drive, as its the only school at his grade level that has an autism program. Idk if she's a manager, I feel like she is, and I'm afraid of trying to say anything about it to anyone within Speedy because I don't want her attitude towards me to escalate even more.
