I frequently visit this location, mostly to return Amazon packages. The staff have always been very polite and pleasant to deal with. However the last 2 times I have been here, the manager of this store (or I think the manager?) has been very rude. With the first time being directed at me because I didn’t realize two items needed to be in one box together (no biggie I’ll come back), and then today when I went in there she was yelling at another employee in the office that opens into their lobby. Honestly this woman is not the one you want running this store. I understand that sometime situations arise where employees may make a mistake, but attempting to correct whatever happened by yelling and trying to belittle someone else is never going to work. I feel bad for the employees that work here having to deal with this attitude from someone that is supposed to be in a leadership position and leading by example.

An employee named Andrew just kept rolling his eyes at the man he was supposed to be helping in front of me. The man couldn't find the correct barcode for his return, and Andrew kept audibly sighing in annoyance while rolling his eyes multiple times. The other employees *seem* nice though. I brought this up when it was my turn with a woman at the counter, and they all just gave me a blank stare. The man Andrew was rolling his eyes at, was parked in a handicap spot btw, js.

I worked with Loren to send some difficult items to California, and she was knowledgeable, accurate, and informed. Good Staff, but Loren was amazing .

Never dropping off my Amazon returns at Staples again. Go to this UPS instead if you want to be in and out in less than 45 seconds. UPS got it down!

There is an old lady with glasses she has the worst attitude, I went there to take some passport photo and she brushed me off right away saying they don't have it , with no explanation and no apology. I thought all UPS stores have this service.

Customer care is lost in a automated system, where asking for the simplest of assistance cannot be achieved. How sad are we. UPS you're a people business.

This place is a sham. Check for hidden charges or unnecessary "service fees". For a certain shipment they were going to charge me $23 ($14 shipping plus $9 service fees). I took the same item to another reliable UPS store and they shipped it for $14 only!
