I went to UPS to return AT&T equipment, and my experience was very disappointing. The employee who helped me was extremely rude from the start. She asked me to take everything out of the box, which I was fine with, and then told me to take the box with me. I asked if she could dispose of it there, and she responded rudely, “No, we can’t take any boxes,” which was fine—but the tone was unnecessary.
She then asked for my name. I told her I had a barcode for the return, but she ignored me and insisted on my name. After giving it, she couldn’t find the account and asked for my address—still no luck. A simple scan of the barcode would have pulled it up instantly, but instead she processed it manually. She even told me she “did it manually,” meaning the return wouldn’t register until the equipment is received, and that I could potentially be charged $150 if it doesn’t arrive.
When I saw how she was handling it, I asked her to cancel the process so I could go to another UPS, but she claimed she could not cancel it. Her overall attitude felt off. When I asked for her name, she refused, saying she was “not comfortable” giving it to me. Why would she be uncomfortable giving her name unless she had done something wrong and was worried I might complain about her? She also had no name tag. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was “busy,” so I never got the chance. This leaves me wondering if my return was sabotaged intentionally.
To make matters worse, the receipt says DIRECTV, even though I clearly told her it was internet equipment when she asked if it was for TV. Now I’m concerned the return might be processed incorrectly. For reference, the employee was a woman wearing a hijab

I recently needed to notarize a document, fax some papers, and mail a package. Sabrine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was extremely friendly and took the time to ensure that my faxed documents were received without any issues. Additionally, she provided clear guidance on the correct mailing location for my package. Her patience and thorough assistance made everything much easier. Highly recommend her outstanding service!

Had 3 items to return to Amazon and the associate didn't ask which items each label was for before putting them on each item and I didnt catch it until we were both confused after the fact. She ripped off one of the labels and told me to get a new one from Amazon, then blamed me for it. When her coworker came over to help, she asked her what the situation was where I kept receiving the blame for "giving her the wrong label" and kept getting interrupted whenever I tried to interject to state otherwise. Its not like I even raised my voice but I am not taking blame for someone else's mistake. In the end we were able to reprint the label but it was a garbage experience to say the least. I'll go to the UPS in Taylor from now on.

The owner of the store helped me out with shipping. She was able to solve all my problems. The service was awesome and friendly. Super cool staff also :)

I was at this location yesterday 7/1/24 around 11:30am. The young lady Kelsey (not sure if I'm spelling it right) was absolutely amazing! She was handling a really long line of people fairly quickly while also maintaining a smile and excellent customer service! I did not appreciate the way the woman she was working with that had her brown hair up in a clip spoke to Kelsey in front of everyone. I felt she was pretty rude to her regarding a mistake Kelsey may have made. Kelsey continued to keep her composure and stayed friendly and smiling while diligently helping the customers. I made sure to let her know how great of a job she was doing! Keep up the amazing work Kelsey

The two women working on Sunday are phenomenal and set a gold standard of how customer service and friendliness can indeed be combined.
Made me feel like family and I don't even know them, one had a hijab and the other had blond hair.
Promote them now.

Just returned a tmobile phone. I believe the person who helped me was Rhonda. Very polite and professional and moved the line quickly, along with her coworkers. Seamless transaction. Good job.
