I had a great experience here. Husayn was very helpful, and I hope I am spelling his name correctly. This location has a kiosk, but sometimes it has issues.

I go to this place all the time. It’s usually a cool place. I went this morning to drop off a pallet of boxes for Amazon. The postal clerk got angry at me because I rang the bell twice lol. Was trying to chastise me and belittle me and play the “I’m the boss card” was some weirdo in any case. I left I’m going to go enjoy my day.

Brain dead is an understatement to describe these workers. They stare at you with a blank stare when you ask them questions, unhelpful and rude.

I come here often and the employees are usually helpful to their customers but todsy I observerd an older white woman whit ginger hair with the name tag lucy Talk vedy rudely to customers who’s first language was obviously not English. I understand translating is not part of your job but you should be understanding of the culture and society you are living in.

Very slow!!! Employees being working with their heads down, talking & giggling with each other when there is a big line. People be waiting for more than 10 mins in line. Unprofessional!!!?

Rude and hard headed. They constantly keep giving me old tenants mail. And I constantly have to return them. I am not a male carrier. Get the point and do your job. If you don't like your job find another one.

I am only giving this location a 5 star because of Gary Hicks. Why is he the only employee ever working the counter ? This location has no staff except for this one employee. If your employees call off get the supervisor to help . I come into this location once a month with 100 certifies hold the line up out the door and no one ever comes to help. Gary is patient and kind all I can do is work along side with him while he services me and other customers. Give this man a raise he deserves it!
