One of the better Walgreens to go to. Some of the staff can be a little rude and difficult to deal with but on the whole the store is ok.

WORST PHARMACY I’VE EVER HAD TO GO TO. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNHELPFUL STAFF (IN PHARMACY DEPT) ARE TERRIBLE. I ONLY CAME TO WALGREENS BECAUSE RITE AID PHARMACIES CLOSED DOWN THEIR STORES. AS SOON AS I BEGAN GOING TO WALGREENS PHARMACY, I’VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH RECEIVING MY MEDICATIONS AS WELL AS PICKING THEM UP ON TIME. THEIR SETUP IS SO SLOPPY & UNORGANIZED. SO I STOPPED GOING TO WALGREENS. AND FOUND A NEW PHARMACY, WHERE MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINAL NEEDS ARE ACCOMMODATED AND MY BUSINESS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED BECAUSE I AM A VALUED LOYAL CUSTOMER. NOW THAT’S WHAT TOP TIER ALL-AROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT & WALGREENS IS FAILING EPICALLY AT PROVIDING THAT. WALGREENS NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

Find a different location. Pharmacy staff is not professional and always seems to be behind in pickup medication. I don't reside in Michigan because if I did, i would never go back there for anything. Worker's to busy talking to each other instead of handling the customer's and getting their medication that's behind time. I don't recommend this location. Not the pharmacy department 😕

Called over 5 Times placed on “hold” and they will never actually answer. Couldn’t get a hold of them after 45 min I just drove there. Very rude and unprofessional.

Staff is rude, cashier said i can’t put my drink on the countertop bc it is store policy, idk where they find these depressed life hating individuals but they need to do better, cheap labor means clean quality ppl

Friendly, helpful staff, clean, has wide variety of products; make-up, disability equip., cold, Flu & pain meds, cold drinks + quik p/u of staples, wide center aisle has seasonal items, pharmacy could use more staff for peak periods, photo devel area & cramped understaffed checkouts..wheelchair accessible entrance w/ample parking, easy in/out via 10 Mile Rd or Gratiot Ave...please give a ?if review is helpful - thanks
