I called the pharmacy in the afternoon, and was placed on hold several times. No one ever answered the phone, they just kept placing me on hold.

the manager chris is probably the most rude inconsiderate manager this place could have. it already has bad enough reviews, you’d think the manager would have some type of customer service skills, or even people skills for that matter. if i could give him negative stars, i would.
i will however, give 5 stars to the little lady that worked on the morning of 01/31/25. i’m not sure her name, but she was so kind and helpful, even made me laugh. thanks for all your help!

The worst Walgreens pharmacy in the world if I could rate negative zero stars I would I will never ever come to this Walgreens ever again they gave me and my doctor a very hard time the pharmacy staff is HORRIBLE

The store had to of been 90 degrees it was hot as hell in there and the cashier was extremely rude . No kind of customer service at all

The staff at the pharmacy are genuinely the best. Bonita, Maryam, and Abeir are always so kind and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you guys so much for everything you do!!

WORST PHARMACY I’VE EVER HAD TO GO TO. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNHELPFUL STAFF (IN PHARMACY DEPT) ARE TERRIBLE. I ONLY CAME TO WALGREENS BECAUSE RITE AID PHARMACIES CLOSED DOWN THEIR STORES. AS SOON AS I BEGAN GOING TO WALGREENS PHARMACY, I’VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH RECEIVING MY MEDICATIONS AS WELL AS PICKING THEM UP ON TIME. THEIR SETUP IS SO SLOPPY & UNORGANIZED. SO I STOPPED GOING TO WALGREENS AND FOUND A NEW PHARMACY WHERE MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICINAL NEEDS ARE ACCOMMODATED AND MY BUSINESS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. BECAUSE I AM A VALUED LOYAL CUSTOMER. NOW THAT’S WHAT TOP TIER ALL-AROUND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT & WALGREENS IS FAILING EPICALLY AT PROVIDING THAT. WALGREENS NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

The Pharmacy is Terrible! You can call your script in 2 to 3 days ahead. When you go pick it up. They will not say they don’t have it. They will let you think you got it. So please check for your important Prescriptions. When you get home. You realize you don’t have it. Then you call them and they say our trucks want be in till Wednesday. Then there is no guarantee you will have your prescription. I had to switch to CVS. I used Walgreen for two months and the entire experience was horrible. Walgreens will kill your love ones . Who have to have their medicine.
Walgreens has No communication skills. Customer service is terrible. Customers are not a priority.

It is very organized. The customers are lovely. They are very polite, but some kids they be joking Around the store, they be throwing squish mellows toys, cars Toy guns but on the other hand, it’s a very nice place very organized. I’ll recommend coming here.
