Over the past few years this Kroger has gone WAY downhill. I don't usually go to this store and after my last experience, I remember why. The store is poorly stocked, the prices are ridiculously high, and the staff are RUDE. While going through self-checkout, I dropped a couple of pennies I was using to pay for my groceries. As I stepped back to look for them, one employee came up to me and said in accusatory tone, "Is there a PROBLEM here??" I explained what happened and that I needed to find the change to finish paying for my groceries, which I did. When I finished paying I was gathering up my groceries and when I looked over my shoulder, the employee was standing there with crossed arms, like I was going to steal something (even though he had just watched me pay for my purchase in CASH!) I won't be going back to this tore unless there is some extreme emergency. They obviously don't need the business!

They closed all of the self checkouts at 915p and closed a lane that had 6 people in it to condense us all to one lane. All of the customers were lined up at one cashier to the end of lane 15 into the meat section. Unbelievable.

line wait times are atrocious. I went there for a small hand basket of items and I waited in line for an hour. After I finally made it to the register, the cashier tried to tell me and the other people who've been waiting for an hour that she was closing her line because she wanted to go home. The bathrooms are always disgusting.

Kelton that works self checkout deserves a shout out! We went in for a few things today and he really made a lasting impression at checkout. Thank you for being so warm and welcoming and just so helpful. The world needs more wonderful humans like you. Thanks again, Kelton!

Quick stop for basics like milk and bread. Veggies only last few days before rotting no matter how I store it. Tomatoes and mushrooms are the worst to keep on hand without spoiling. Sometime veggies seem frozen. Prices are so high for quality of merchandise throughout store. Most times out of stock especially in dairy. Cases block aisles during peak hours. Rude stock workers. Store isn't very clean especially at checkouts. Most employees are not friendly at all. The few that are welcoming bring me back. After few visits to Bottle return area I won't use again because it's so filthy and always sticky surfaces. I miss the Kroger that closed across the street and was always clean and friendly. Few folks transferred to here are the friendly ones.

Understaffed. 3 sections of self checkout and can only staff 1. The photo was on a Wednesday after 7pm and the ridiculous line that I'm forced to stand in everytime I come here.

I try to avoid coming here at all costs, between the lack of products and empty shelves and rude employees, coupled with the fact that they make self checkouts only credit/debit makes me hate shopping here. I can't believe the long lines at all times of the day. Save yourself the trip and drive further to another grocery store. This place is a disaster.

It has become the ghetto Krogers. Not a safe shopping place. There is so much negative activity that its safer to go to Whole Foods in Detroit. The community is really flared as this was a great store and its beyond recovery now. Very dangerous and that includes parking your car and many people roaming the lots. Very sad!!!

Store is a dumpster fire but the parking lot is a great place to meet homeless men looking for a good time. I regularly see grown men having intercourse in the parking lot.

Has gone downhill and tonight was just ridiculous. Deli closed at 6pm, only six out of like twenty self-serve checkouts we're open, very low or totally out of certain types of food or beverage....the last part seems to be everywhere though. It's obvious they need to hire more people so I'm hoping that happens soon!
