I came here to cancel my internet and drop off my modem and took literally less than 2 minutes. The staff here are great. The store has like 10 employees. They're very helpful. They're very efficient. I highly recommend coming here

I do not recommend Xfinity to anyone based on my recent experience. My feedback isn’t just about one store — it’s about Xfinity as a company.
Recently, I spent a huge amount of time trying to resolve an issue, and the support I received was extremely frustrating. The online agents — both on chat and phone — were unable to solve the problem and made the process far more difficult than it should have been. They just wanted to add more phone numbers and lines on my account and charge me for activation...
Here’s what happened:
I tried to return a phone that was given to me for free when I moved my number to Xfinity Mobile because they started charging me for it.
The in-store staff told me they couldn’t help with the return and directed me to call Xfinity Mobile support. They told me you got the phone from Xfinity but online not from this store. I felt I'm visiting another company. Why go back ship it and you have a store here 🙄 they gave me a phone number to call.
I ended up spending over 3 hours on the phone on one call, being transferred between agents repeatedly, with no resolution.
I was told that if I returned the phone, I would lose my phone number — which shouldn’t be the case.
I brought in three different unlocked phones to swap the number, but every agent insisted the phones were locked, even though they were unlocked.

Horrible service! Don’t ever think of going with them and. Just get the internet and thats it don’t listen to them and switch ur line to them. Manager Jibreel is misleading.
-internet service jumped $20 extra every month.
-phone internet slowed down and was not unlimited
-instead of calling their customer service call the white house you most likely will get in touch with someone from the white house faster than their customer service.
What a miserable company!

The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and condescending. The way they talk to customers makes you feel like you’re the one asking them for a favor, instead of being a paying customer. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this store to anyone.

How to turn in my modem what is unable to connect my security cameras to it, to function. But the lady said for $150 they can and stole their own equipment and get it up and running for me. So I can have a security system again.

I want to sincerely Thank the store manager at the Dearborn Michigan store 1720 Latonya Williams for going above and beyond for taking the time to help me in my return also Jasmine at store 1728 in Taylor Michigan for starting the process and being so sincere. The both of them are an asset to Xfinity and I thank them profusely. Please acknowledge these two great associates.
