Aa anyone who's dealt with Comcast/Xfinity customer service knows, it can be quite a frustrating experience. My company recently switched our business cellular service from Tmobile to Comcast Business Mobile. My phone, a Galaxy S10, had instant and persistent issues, including no access to mobile data. Meaning no ability to use internet or apps that need internet. So, I went to this store to buy a new phone. They didn't have either of the 2 phones in stock that I wanted. However, the customer rep that was helping me, Veronica M., reached out to her counterparts at other locations to see if they had them. While we were waiting on a response from them, she tried to get my mobile data access working. She helped/worked with me for over a half hour. In the end, my mobile data access did start working, it just took an hour for it to activate. Veronica is a A+++ customer service rep. She was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about my issues. She definitely went above and beyond. Veronica is the type of person you hope to get when you need help, but rarely do. If I were a top muckity muck at Comcast/Xfinity, I'd get her into an upper level position, immediately.

As if having internet essentials is some kind of disease. These ppl are the worst customer service reps EVER. They are on some mobile phone kick, too, where if they can't get you on there they don't want to do any kind of other business that actually requires them to move. Oh and if that angry, bearded, young ARABIC MAN ever talks to me like that again, I will see his manager and make it my business to see him fired.

THE worst customer service. Not this store. Xfinity. Tricked my dad into getting a different box and now there is no installation help. I'm going to just have him cancel because set up on every day devices shouldn't be this intense. At the very least you could have a human to help with the problem. Terrible company.

Terrible people and terrible place. Do not go here if you’re picking up equipment. They want you to bring your granny’s ID if possible to confirm your identity, even when your physical social security and information is in front of them. Terrible experience.

Easier to pay my Internet through the kiosk, then trying to do it through my bank account. It was a lot simpler a lot quicker I’m gonna do it like that from now on and plus you can just pay a little bit more than what you owe. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much for making it easier.

Had great service from Gab. My only problem with Xfinity is you can't call the store to ask a question. Customer service phone number sucks

wheew, by far the most unprofessional store i’ve ever been too. while waiting by the door I watched 2 workers roll their eyes right in another customers face. one of the workers got so irritated she just walked away came back 5 seconds later with another employee & lied & said they spoke to the manager & they can’t help the customer. (which they did not, they told me no managers were in). the ladies at the door do not want to be there & don’t wanna do their jobs, they make it really obvious. take the drive to a different store, the attitude & unprofessionalism isn’t worth it.

The greeter was alright but the young lady Hailee who helped me with excellent she explained the things I needed to know and answered all my questions went about and beyond helping me very good service
