The workers here were very delightful. This was my first jewelry shopping experience and InDeja made it a comfortable one. I was able to chat with a few others as well and it was a relaxed atmosphere. They were knowledgeable not only on the pieces available and price points, but also on giving tips on finding matching pieces. I look forward to my next experience with this store.

I went to Zales for the 6 month inspection and I saw a girl that was dressed like she was in gossip girl 😌 and she checked my diamonds and she told me her name was Deja too and I was in total shock she was funny and really cool. She showed me some jewelry she liked and I ended up buying myself some new earrings that I deserved! Deja was right! It does feel nice to spoil yourself and get something new for the new year 🙏🏽🙏🏽💕💕

Last week I came in just looking and not expecting to buy anything. I wanted to just see what type of watches they had in Zales. But this young black lady help me her name started with a D but she was so nice and silly and a good spirit I just decided to just buy a watch anyways. Fairlane Zales staff changed completely and for the best. Go ahead and be a blessing on people to the young lady that helped me last week.
