I would give a 0 if I could. The Drivers are very nice the cars are deplorable. You have a lot of nerve sending unsafe cars out to pick up people that are unable to drive anymore most likely because they are too old or ill. The car going there had no muffler or air conditioning! The car coming back the back suspension was gone bouncing my mother who's 94 years old up-and-down. Don't be in business if you don't want to keep your cars safe for your riders!!! Shame on you I am telling her health care provider to get rid of you as an option.

I have been waiting for a rideshare where a female rider could request a female driver and was so excited to find this service in Detroit. I scheduled a ride over 2 weeks out and received confirmation and the driver’s information right away so I was impressed. As a precaution I called customer service the day before to confirm my ride and they said everything was still scheduled. This morning I was supposed to be picked up for the airport at 6:45am and at 6:30am I received a text saying no drivers were available and my ride was canceled leaving me to scramble last minute for transportation. What a horrible experience with a company I was so looking forward to using.

App is awful. Impossible to get passed the document screen to become a driver. It just keep asking me upload my documents ever 3 days. This app isn't ready. Look elsewhere.
