I took 2 screens in for repair. I was in a hurry when I picked them up, so didn’t notice any problems until I tried to install them. One scream was so tight that it was warped and pulled in 1/4” from the sash. The other screen, the tab to hold it in place while securing was missing and one of the clips at the top to hold it snug was bent up. In addition, the screen was loose on one side. I took the screens back and pointed out the problems. They said they’d take care of it. When I went to pick up the screens a second time, one screen had a 1/4” pleat in the screening at the top corner and the other screen still had loose screen on the one side. When I pointed out that the screen was still loose, the gentleman argued with me and was very difficult. We will never shop here again.
