Seriously! Wth is going on with customer service? The check is from this bank but they want to make you Jump hoop after hoop to get your money from them. Very inconvenient and slow. It's like they know when you're in a hurry and take the longest.. really not Satisfied with the service here. The check was from my mom in law whom has an account here. But they asked for my driver's license. Then they wanted me to provide my social security number and then and only then they considered cashing their own check...seriously....very upsetting for my inner karen...lol. No but seriously, I will just go pay an atm fee to avoid dealing with the poor service at this place.

Jami is so kind and sweet. She tolerates a lot difficult situations, and this makes her exceptional. I have personally witnessed customers try their best to rock her boat, but she is amazing and professional.

While checking into our hotel in Chicago, my credit card and debit card were both declined and Jami Swihart and her colleague were eager to help into the late evening. We were then notified it was a system-wide computer glitch at the hotel. I am so thankful for Jami and her staff, at Honor Credit Union in Decatur, for making sure our account was secure.

I need to give a shout out to Sarah in cards and Jami Swihart. A group of friends(all Honor members) and I were having issues with checking into our hotel out of town. We were told there was a problem with the credit card. We assumed a hold was placed on the card due to being used throughout the day and being out of the area. Jamie and Sarah willingly helped us after hours to try snd resolve the issue. In the end, it was an issue with the hotels devices. These ladies went above and beyond to help their members! I cannot stress the amount of appreciation I have for these two! Thank you Jami, Sarah and Decatur Honors Credit Union!!!
