They lock all of the doors when they're closed, so there is no way to get your mail if you have a PO Box. Kind of defeats the purpose of a po box key if you can't get your mail when they're closed. Huge inconvenience and the only post office that does this.

If they don’t want to walk up to your house to leave your packages on the pouch they will take it back to the post office and say customer requested. This happened to me yesterday and he wasn’t to my house yet.

I had a package from Ebay that needed to be shipped. And they are telling me I need to have to go back home, reprint the shipping tag so the weight of it is the tag? So i took it to lawrence and they shipped it just fine. Sounds to me nobody wants to do their job. This is why I don't trust anything ran by the federal government.
