I am reviewing on Audrey, at the back counter. Thank you CVS for restoring my faith in customer service! This amazing lady in her calm and reassuring manner is phenomenal in minimizing what grew to be quite overwhelming in my attempt to utilize my otc benefit at CVS..Lines were getting longer, people getting RESTLESS but Audrey moved fwd addressing customer needs without hesitation! I had a great experience at my local CVS today! One of the employees went out of their way to help me update my account with the correct email and even took extra time to troubleshoot a coupon issue that wasn’t applying correctly.
Their patience and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to be treated with that level of care — thank you!

Today, I had a wonderful experience at the store. Upon entering, a warm lady greeted me with a genuine smile, instantly making me feel welcome. While checking out, she took the time to ensure I used all my discounts, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Her kindness and caring attitude truly made my shopping trip memorable.

I have no understanding whatsoever of how anyone could have a complaint about this incredible group of people. I live in Jackson and one day a month I have to have prescription sent to this pharmacy so that I can pick them up on my way to work. Not only do they always call me about it, but they always make sure they’re ready for me so that I can pick them up on my way to work and this is at 7:30 in the morning. I have never been treated with anything but kindness and respect. They never treat me like I’m annoying or a nuisance Tina particularly has helped me a few times and has been outstanding.

I am so impressed by the customer service as this location. I switched to CVS from Rite Aid and I'll never go back.
The pharmacy employees make an effort to assist you when there are complications with insurance, and their automatic refill option is excellent.
This is a very busy pharmacy, and a very professional one as well. I used to have great difficulty getting my medicine at Rite Aid, they'd mess it up all the time. I have never had an issue with CVS and can't express how grateful I am for making my life easier.
To all the employees in the pharmacy, thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail. You guys rock!!

I'm finding out that this is absolutely the worst pharmacy in Holt! My last prescription required 4 trips back and forth, and took a week to fill. Today's prescription took an hour to simply pick up and pay for. Both times I noticed everyone is moving slow as nails, the cashiers aren't anywhere to be found. I literally was screaming for a cashier to pay for my stuff. I should have just walked out and stolen it- they'd never have known.

It was the most miserable experience for me, and People and Pharmacy stared at me and ignored me until I said I was here for a pick up and they pointed down towards the pick up line I paid, and then I went to buy some shampoo and went to the front counter, and there was a girl standing in front of two signs. It says next register next register was empty, so I stepped outside and she looked over at me while she was eating and said can I help you I just want to pay for those and she said oh OK do you have a CVS card? No I said and she said you really should have one.

Don't go there for pain meds without insurance, even though you have the money in hand! Plus that's your regular pharmacy! Pharmacist Sarah Denton will refuse you! Even with an electronic script from your Dr and then say it isn't discrimination against people without insurance!

We absolutely live this pharmacy. Brett and his staff goes above and beyond to take care of our medication needs and they are quite extensive!We went to rite aid for yrs the. They went down hill and Meyers is a joke!!! When they lost our business they list a lot of money. We have 50 scripts between three people then we buy tons of vitamins and also shop I ln the store. Big mistake Meyer. Meyers main office never returned a complaint call .,

As far as pharmacies go these days CVS in holt is better than most, unfortunately that doesn't mean they do a good job. It really depends on who you get if anything will actually be filled and if it is filled if it will be right. I have 2 prescriptions they continued to fill after they were discontinued and several others that I actually need that I can't get filled to literally save my life.It takes forever to speak with a real person in the pharmacy when calling and it's a 50/50 chance the phone system isn't working right and you will be stuck in automation land until you are dead and don't need the meds anymore.The wait on the phone is rivaled by how slow the drive thru is. I am pretty sure there is some time warp you enter when you pull into the parking lot. Even when I have been the only car in line expect to be there 10 minutes or more.The best I can say is they do better than Walgreens because eventually, after prayers to whatever gods and/or demons, you get some kind of meds, maybe even the right ones.

Glad I stopped having prescriptions sent here, they don't answer the phone! Honestly a company involved in "healthcare" shouldn't be allowed to profit while all their brick and mortar locations operate like part time employee

Both my husband and I both sat on hold with the pharmacy during working hours for 20+ minutes and then when they finally “answered” my husband they hung up.
