ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I can NOT say enough good things about the caring and friendly staff who work here! My husband and I are almost daily customers and we never have any issues. I have seen a lot of RUDE customers in there and they handled gracefully.

I’ve been going to the store every since I moved into Holt I go there to buy my vapes. I spend a lot of money in a month went there today and I took a vape bag that I brought yesterday and it was not charging and he wouldn’t return it, or give me my money for it whatever or let me get a new vape, and then he proceeded to tell me go to another store go to 7-Eleven go to the gas station I like I don’t wanna walk all the way over there I don’t have a car he said he was losing money because he said all the customers that buy vapes I’m the one that always bring them back because they don’t work Maybe the People that do by them and they might not work probably don’t care about going back and getting a new one because they won’t give your money back so I’m the only one complaining about the vapes, but I thought that was pretty rude of Sam to say to me as much money I spend at that store and they don’t even ask for no ID for vape cigarettes or liquor so I’m just really disgusted with Sam. Kind of rude to me, so I’m not gonna try to go back there anymore not getting no more of my money. They can kiss my black ass.

Trashy, run down, and dirty. I don’t drink. Had a lotto ticket I got for a gift to exchange. Total of $3. Guy was rude for no reason. Never again.

Always has what I need, Sam is very friendly night store cashier. Can't say much about the lady manager in the morning, she's not so nice, very rude. But I do recommend seeing Sam in evening shift.
