never get your taxes done here. spent two hours in here with a tax lady who did not know how to do a 1099, just for her to file it wrong and put me on a ridiculous payment plan. oh and charged me $400 for it. then when i kept calling begging them to fix it no one would get back with me, so i went in. sat down with a different lady who claimed to have refiled and changed my payment plan only for it to not have been changed at all and now $500 was taken from my account. i hate this h&r block with everything in me, please please go to riley’s tax service instead. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF PERIOD

Cheryl Bowman is very knowledgeable and cared about my specific situation. This is the 2nd year in a row I used her services. I gladly recommend the Holt, Michigan H&R BLOCK location.

Extremely disappointed, taxes were done incorrectly, tax preparer was sick and coughing and blowing her nose an insane amount practically dying 2 feet from me, couldn't answer questions about my taxes as far child tax credits and was completely unqualified

I had a good experience the first time I used HR Block. The second time, Sue Sottek forgot to file my taxes and I went through 6 months of hell trying to rectify the situation. I suppose they're good, just avoid working with Sue Sottek.

Worst H&R Block I've ever been to (& I've gone through H&R Block for 10+ years). The lady didn't even do our City of Lansing taxes correctly... a different H&R had to fix it.
