I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I have been using them for more years than I can count, and in the last couple years, their customer service and ability to accurately and timely do their jobs has gone way downhill. The amount of errors and mistakes they make now is scary. They really need to get somebody who understands billing and accepting the manufacturer savings program cards. Even with savings cards on file, or calling them in person to remind them to run it through the savings card, they consistently mess it up and fail to use it. Depending on which employee you get when you call, it's very clear when they don't understand how to use the savings card program, they simply tell you that it's just not accepted due to insurance, which is completely inaccurate. They will also change your prescription quantity from what your doctor has actually submitted.If you have a medication you are refilling and they are out of stock and they don't know when they will be getting it in due to a manufacturer shortage, don't expect a call from them indicating such. Perhaps they think you don't really need the medication and it's not important enough to make a call? So I highly recommend if you do use this pharmacy that you stay on top of and review every aspect of the whole process. As for me, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Walked up to the entrance at 8:01 and found the doors to still be locked. Stood there for 10 more minutes, and watched two workers mosey around. At one point, they looked over towards the door, saw me, and then proceeded to walk to the back of the store. That was the point I finally left. I have worked retail jobs, and been a keyholder. One of the simplest things you can do for customer satisfaction is be open when you say you were going to be open.

I needed to pick up my prescriptions at this new store to me. The pharmacy technician was very very nice. He was extremely helpful in that he would direct me with prompts and what was going on with signing in and would smile all the while. thank you Rite Aid on South Cedar Street in lansing MI

Seemed to be bothering the cashier wanting cash back since she said they had no cash in the drawer at 3:00 in the afternoon so I asked her if she can get it from a different register which seemed to be a lot of trouble.
