I stopped in as a walk-in after receiving a bad haircut at a local salon. Upper Cuts is nearby and has a good reputation so I stopped in with hopes someone could make a quick fix. My hair is very straight and very visible cut lines were left in the back of my hair. Tammy had only a few minutes before her next appointment arrived but took me back reassuring me she knew what to do. Within a very short time and a few techniques, my hair was smooth with no cut lines. I was extremely pleased and have been going there ever since.
