Tried to deposit an insurance check that had our mortgage company on it,they told me we had to send it out of state to have them endorse it also,mailed it out taking another almost 2 weeks, came back in after all endorsements were on in like they said,manager at this branch still would not let us deposit it into my acct,causing even more time not getting my roof repaired which is what the check was for. Ended up driving an hour and a half away to another chase bank ,walked in handed it to the teller ,deposited into my acct no questions asked .So thank to the Prudenville branch of Chase for the extended amount of time and driving to get things squared away !

Been banking with chase for years and for the first time sense I opened my account I need to setup an appointment to figure out what's going on with a check I received. Called in and asked if I could walk in at closing and was told no ill have to wait till Tuesday. From a small buisness owner I would recommend not banking with this branch!

I tried to deposit and amount of cash into my wife's account I had the account number but they would not let me even with her authorization from what she told me to do, then I tried to open a account for myself and they said they didn't have anybody available till sometime this afternoon. Well I'll take my money which was quite a sum to another bank since these people don't seem to want it nor do they want to help I wouldn't go to Chase bank again if you paid me

Always helpful and arm I convenient! Just wish the would stop closing branches. Makes it hard to do my banking and I really don't want to close my account with them.
