I've been waiting for days for my prescriptions. Just keep getting massages that insurance problem or not in stock. Just excuses after excuses. Been a week and I'm still getting the run around!. Avoid at all cost!!! Oh yah if you call there is 3 people ahead of you wanting there prescriptions. I'm trying Meijer!! Who are these people that are happy with this bs???

If I could give this store NEGATIVE ALL THE STARS I WOULD!!!
I knew the mentality towards the mentally ill and disabled was BAD up here, but THIS was OUTRAGEOUS!!!
I had medications that were billed AND filled in a Saginaw store with ZERO ISSUE, but because I moved back up north, I had to have them transferred to THIS HILLBILLY HOLIDAY WEEKEND HELLSCAPE.
It started with calling them on a THURSDAY to transfer THREE medications. One person would tell me one thing, another person would tell me another. . . Mind you, ALL of these are to help me regulate my nervous system, and I would be out for the entire weekend if they couldn't be transferred... Spoiler alert: I was out the entire weekend..)
They literally said it was no problem, just CANCEL my order in Saginaw and they'd fill it up here. I keep could have driven to Saginaw and picked up my medication on Friday - but WALGREENS PRUDENBILLE DECIDED IT WASN'T THAT IMPORTANT.
I called my doctor, TOLD THEM TO CALL MY DOCTOR - THEY DIDN'T. MY DOCTOR HAD TO CALL THEM ON MONDAY. I WENT DAYS WITHOUT MEDICATION FOR NO REASON. UNACCEPTABLE.
SIDE NOTE: I watched a woman who clearly had been through some kind of treatment for a serious illness, likely cancer or autoimmune issues - well, they

I went to pick up my prescription at the Prudenville Walgreens today. The pharmacist took the time to answer my questions and the store was very clean!

Pharmacy likes to leave you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on you. There is always a huge line and the majority of the staff is very rude.

I am convinced that a couple employees are actively trying to do a bad job and make things difficult for customers. What seems like intentional mistakes are happening far too often to be accidental. Quite a few others I know are having the same issues. I tried to hold off on complaining thinking there's no way this can keep going on but has been a year now. How can a pharmacy possibly be this bad? I am begging anybody to try to use their services and tell me that they are functioning even remotely properly. It's unbelievable how poorly the place is ran. I am not sure how it's possible unless it's intentional.

Really disappointed! Arrived at 6:03 on a Thursday after hubby was diagnosed with a broken vertebrae, the pharmacy just closed but the pharmacist was still there. I explained my situation (having just arrived home from the hospital in West Branch and a 5 hour visit to the ER, hubby in severe pain). I was told to “try Rite Aid”. I asked where that was and he said, “Look it up”. Another tech suggested I drive to West Branch or Gaylord!Meanwhile, the pharmacist at Rite Aid was very sympathetic and filled the script for pain meds in less than 20 minutes. Next time we will go to Rite Aid first.
