They open at 7am but nothing ready. Seems like they should arrive before they open so everything can be prepared.

Need to post the actual time frame for store openings and closings because I've came to this location a few times expecting it to be open and it is actually closed because when you go online it says you guys are open and there's no store phone to call correct times please

Furniture store looking for a charger just looking around your employee came up to me he said he's the manager but then he said he's a he owns the store telling me he was trying to help and he wasn't he was making sure I wasn't stealing nothing and I wasn't I got money I don't need to steal but you shouldn't do that to people that just coming in and watching them when it's a bunch of other people in the store I would never ever come back to the store ever again

I went in at 5:00 in the evening and the young man behind the counter looked like he had just woke up, nappy looking head dirty dinghy jacket on with stains on it. He was not paying attention to the customer he was on his phone three customers in a row. Terrible will not spend money there again and the killing part is I work within walking distance from your front door.

It's good to know there's a Secretary of State kiosk in the store.

Disgusting downtown location. It’s dirty, stays crowded, messy, and the employees don’t seem to care about anything. I’m assuming the only reason it stays open is because it’s in the heart of downtown. If you can, just avoid at all costs.

Store does not honor window advertising, takes advantage of intoxicated people leaving bars, clubs and sporting events. Rude and very unprofessional. I get that it's downtown Detroit but you chose to work or franchise this place treat people correctly or we can take our business elsewhere or not allow you to have a thriving business

It's been since 2019 that I had my last visit here before moving to Nashville. To my knowledge, it's the only 7-11 store located in downtown Detroit. I've never had an issue with this store. The last time I went, I did see some Slurpee cups left behind from the previous customers and some liquid on the coffee counter. I just asked where the paper towel was and I did my part to help clean it up. The cashers are always so busy, so it's nice to do a good deed.I know people complain about homeless people, but that's any city or town you go to. Maybe helping those people out may not be that bad of an idea. It's not that hard to show compassion and empathy.Anyway, I love this location and will certainly visit on my next trip to Detroit!
