good morning. i've previously spoken at lengths to representatives of your company. a & b transmission shop towed my vehicle last tuesday morning. today is july 3rd, 2023. it's been one whole week later. and! i have not received not one phone call from the repair shop! i have not been updated at all! not even one little decent customer care service call! notes: a & b transmission shop, first started work on my car on may 12, 2023. and, after almost two months later! my car is still not properly repaired! i have had to return the vehicle about 7 times!!! and, also. they have not treated my lixury sedan vehicle with any respect! each time i was called to pick up tje vehicle (6times this far), the vehicle has been left very dirty, oil spots and stains on the upholster, parts around the wheels not refastened, a dent in the front fender, dash lights of troubles are constantly displayed, transmission will not function properly with vehicle, etc! i have documented videos of most of the horrific treatment that my vehicle and i have been receiving! i have begun the process of contacting our secretary of state's consumer complaint and grievance department! to pursue some legal recourse. and so, on july 10 i had the vehicle towed from a&b transmission to a certified cadillac technician. today, july 19, 2023, i was informed that the work done on my vehicle by a&b transmission was improperly done!!! i have all critical paperwork and video recordings pertaining to this despicable situation.

Mr. Joe is awesome he worked on 2 of my vehicles and he will work with. He don't charge storage fees and when he say ur car will drive like its brand new. He sticks to his word.

Don't take your vehicles here they break down a week later then you have to take it back and then takes a week for your vehicle to be ready then the problem happens again

So far so good. It's been a week and it's running ok. Even has a 24,000 mile warranty. It cost a pretty penny tho. I'm giving it 5 stars but my pockets give it 4
