It was a very smooth transaction, Melissa at the Gratiot location was very pleasant and helpful… She was patient and she explained everything I needed to know.. she was working alone but she handled the people that was waiting with care, she wasn’t rude or rushing… there should be more people like her with patience when dealing with the public… Keep up the great work Melissa, bless you ❤️
