I was trying to pay my internet air bill at the location in Detroit near the university and the payment went to the phone. There is no customer service available on the weekends when I call the AT&T 800 number. The app never works for payment. There is no way for me to transfer the amount from my phone bill to the internet air bill. So now I have to take off off work to go into the store to get it straightened out. I am thinking about changing to another service because I'm tired of going through not being able to pay through the app, Click to pay, or the website every month and either having to call in to customer service during the week to help me or go to a store. They need more people at this location. I usually have good service and do not have to wait a long time.But this is ridiculous.It's not the customer service person as they were kind and helpful. Maybe there was something wrong with their computer and it posted my money to the wrong account.

I've been with ATNT for 18 years I just arrived 6:58 and 7 pm is closing time the door was locked I took a bus here I asked the man can he please get me a sim card well I didn't get a sim card and I don't know the next time I can make it up here because I am very sick thank you AT&t I am really ready to go with Metro TERRIBLE SERVICE

The server is there is bad and they have less experience. If you have any questions they just give you any answers so they can get out of you. Specially the old guy is not normal. I think he use drugs that makes him talk like you. He doesn’t know what he saying, they should Patient on their workers, their agent they get to be more experience answer all the questions and help what they need. I had older online. Been canceled and I’m trying to reorder The odor they asked me to go to the store with the ID And it doesn’t know the answer I need to know what I’m saying, saying it shows on my email I told them I will show you here if you stare help me he said I have a customer. Please call back and he Hang up the phone.

I went to the facility to pay my girl's phone bill. The store was very clean, the clerk was busy with a customer, but I waited until he was done and paid her bill. He was courteous and pleasant. This is the fourth AT&T I have visited since paying bills

Today my phone of 3 weeks lost power even though it was plugged in and I couldn't get understand why. I just purchased this phone. I called customer service and I didn't receive the proper help. While on the phone with customer service my phone died so I decided to go to the store I purchased the phone at to get some assistance. I arrived at the store at 5:30 p.m. and the door was locked even though there were customers in the store. It took a minute and finally a young lady came to the door and unlocked it and said we are not taking anymore customers. The signing the door clearly stated that they closed at 8:00p.m. She was rude. I will never go back there . Is this the kind of service you have in your stores. Shameful

You had a respectful young and intelligent customer representative that help me to get all my phones switched over and running and she done it all with a beautiful attitude! I believe she was about 19 years old I wish I could remember her name, she was outstanding!
