Terrible experience. Came in for a check engine light scan and had to wait over 20mins due to the women employees not wanting to do it and chose to wait for the manager to get bak. Hate to sound sexist but if u not going to do yo job don’t work there

Usually I don’t leave reviews.. but it’s disheartening to trust in a company for your auto parts needs all your life and they completely disregard you as a customer due to the mistakes of THEIR employees!! So just know.. if you shop here and the employees don’t complete the process that they were “trained” to do properly.. they will take ABSOLUTELY NO accountability for it..

Although they stock just about everything you may need for your car, you must be cautious and know examine what they sell you. I've gotten incorrect parts for my vehicle and they hassled me when I came to return.

Called to see if my battery was charged that I dropped off, the guy one the phone gone say “is it done?” I said that’s what I’m asking, then he gone save it takes 2 hours when did u drop it off?. I say can u just check to see if it’s done. He said it’s probably not depending on when u dropped it off. Very petty people work here

One star is for their service I came there to get a diagnostic for my car and a place that sells them said theirs are broke and they can’t do diagnostics for vehicles which is crazy because your building specifically says free diagnostics and it’s miles before I can make it to another AutoZone That is a big inconvenience when you are struggling to get your car up there to get it diagnostic and they don’t do it.

Called this location and a man answered the phone and refused to give me his name when I called back. He worked on February 17, 2023 at 12:30 pm - 12:50 pm timeframe. Rather than just say he didn't want to help me with the parts required for a tune up, he put me on hold and left me there. It's very easy to tell a customer that you don't know, or that it's too busy and you can't help them right now. But instead what he did was just leave the customer on hold. Very unprofessional.
