I came in looking for steering fluid when I was greeted by a man named Ace. When I told him what I needed, he did a karate kick and spin like Michael Jackson and took me to the fluid section. While looking up my car model, he told me how he's a tubi star actor,producer,director,chef and legendary rapper and I had better recognize, while also training to be a manager. After he finished rapping to me, he helped me to find rear bulb. Great job, Space Ace-cadet!

We went in here only to get spark plugs. The men were very helpful and pleasant. The store was clean. They were quick and we were out of there in no time! All 5 stars are giving this time!

Great customer service here.One out of four wheels that I bought in April didn't match the set. Even though it was past the 90 days they still switched them out for me.Very pleasant and professional.

I needed windshield wipers and ordered them online. They didn't send me an email to say the order was completed so I called the next day, and the person looked up the order. I had an email before she came back to the phone to say the order was completed. I picked up my order and the guy who waited on me put them on for me. I was pleasantly surprised because I didn't know they did that. The personnel at this Auto Zone are very professional and welcoming. I will go there for my auto parts needs.

Called first got put on hold for more than an hour drive up to the store (8 mile @ Mound) 4 young men in the store 1 other customer, staff is just answering the phone putting people on hold and caring on casual conversation, I came in purchased my brakes ask to see the manager ( I’m still on hold on the phone) manager did not want to pause his personal conversation witch they were openly discussing in the store ( obviously nothing about auto parts). to address my concerns… I’ve been shopping at Autozone for years. Now I think I’ll try Advadnce Auto maybe now…
