First the whole “same day shipping” is full of shyt, second there’s always something with this store and it’s just about time they close that damn thing down. Auto zone y’all need to be ashamed and embarrassed, this is totally unacceptable and pathetic! Get ya game tight! At this point everyone should just go elsewhere so auto zone can close down, maybe then they’ll actually do something about it vs acting as if they’re going to do something about it.

Went to return my brake pads and was told “They couldn’t return them because no manager was on duty to put a code in”. What the hell so now I have to try again tomorrow. 🤦🏽♀️

Customer service is terrible to say the least
I was not greeted in any way,
Had to request to check out,
3 cashiers, not working (but eating, chatting amongst each other and on personal phone)
And then I was checked out by one of the associates 7 year old son
Thanks but no thanks
I will take my business elsewhere 😌

Terrible customer service. They had a child ringing us up, no one greeted us, my mom had to let someone know she was ready to check out, Very talkative and eating on the job.

652 pm there's employees inside but the doors are locked and they refuse to open them. This isn't the first time this location shows open and should be open but they don't open the doors
