This place is for EVERYBODY! Yes, Bikram yoga is hot and super hard, but the people here at this studio make it worth the struggle. I have been welcomed with consistent kindness, great explanations, and solid tips that make each pose both aspirational and approachable at the same time. Shoutout to Jennifer especially for her excellent guidance. But honestly all of the teachers are really great. You won’t regret coming here.

Midtown yoga is such an incredible place to take a class from! I did the hot yoga class ran by instructor Jen. She is a phenomenal instructor who really helped me, a new comer, not only feel comfortable in such a new environment but truly helped me be motivated to continue coming to class! I would highly recommend midtown yoga to everyone i know.

This is my favorite place anywhere to do hot yoga. The studio walls are concrete with a ceiling that is about 20 ft. high with heaters running throughout the studio, which is perfect. The studio stays very hot (sometimes a little too hot, which is worse than the alternative).All the instructors I've had are great and focused on yoga without music...YAY!There is usually street parking in addition to the small lot next to the studio. Reminder that street parking is free in Sunday in Detroit.

Great studio. Only thing I'd say is staff should consider posting signs for people not to wear perfume.... Bikrim rooms are not a good place to show off your Channel

This past Sunday (07/17/2022) was my first experience with yoga and to top that HOT YOGA???? But I only have great things to say about my experience. My instructor (Evelena) was very personable and easy going which made me feel very comfortable. The veteran participants were also welcoming. The ambience was serene and peaceful. And the decor was tropical with “Zen vibes”. Very clean pristine atmosphere. I was delightfully pleased and plan to make Hot Yoga a part of my regimen. It was indeed challenging but the end result was quite worth the 90 minutes ??????Had a very restful night??? and wonderful energy filled day thus far.

I started doing Bikram over a year ago. By far the BEST yoga experience I have ever had, with all of the instructors being incredible.

I’m so grateful to this studio for being open, warm, and safe throughout these most recent pandemic days. In addition to a team of great instructors, the schedule is excellent, there’s always plenty of room to social distance in the hot room, and it’s only 35 minutes away from my job in Ypsi (45 from my home in A2). Thanks again, Midtown Bikram!

This studio is fantastic. Great instructors, owner is attentive and dedicated to running a business as it should be done. Great customer service. Detroit is lucky to have this place of practice. Would give 10 stars if I could.
