Maxey Lincoln dealership is an awesome place. This is the fifth vehicle that I have purchased or leased from them it has always gone smoothly. Sheri Held worked overtime to find the automobile I wanted. There is a longer wait right now because of the auto worker strike but she was still able to find the car for me. I have all my maintenance done there. Everyone has been great to work with and go beyond what you would expect to make you happy.

Salesman, Nicholas was excellent.He took his time explaining everything including the pricing and navigating me though all the controls on the Lincoln NautilusWe sat in the vehicle with me in the driver's seat and we set all the options to my preference very helpful!!

I hate that I ever brought my vehicle here. Everytime I’ve called I’ve gotten an attitude from the manager in collision. They treat customers like we’re getting on there nerves when you ask questions about the business you have with them. I got brand new tires from a collision but somehow there not covered or warranted. Never have I heard of getting new tires without any type of warranty, and they refuse to provide a policy that states the procedure. My experiences here were never pleasant a single time!

I had a great experience working with Jeff! I flew in from Illinois because I couldn't pass up a GREAT deal they had on a used vehicle I was looking for.Amazing communication back and forth throughout negotiations, answering all my various questions, and offering me assurances to any worries I had regarding the trip & transaction.you would have thought I was buying the most top of the line vehicle they had on the lot because when I arrived I got the red carpet treatment, he even personally picked up from the airport!I appreciated that he honored my request for a quick efficient transaction once I got there as I still had a long day of travel ahead after I left. Everything was ready to sign before I was done with my test drive.What speaks most to Jeff's customer service is when I asked a week later for service records regarding fluids/ work they had done to the car while it was in their posession, he was just as eager to help me get what I needed AFTER THE SALE as he was BOFORE the sale.The records they provided were also very extensive and professional, they really went through the car with a fine tooth comb and corrected even the most minor issues before listing it for sale.I highly recommend Bob Maxey Lincoln and more specifically, I recommend Jeff White as a salesperson!

Very poor experience. I came to look at a used black label Lincoln and the sales person and used car sales manager lied to me that it is "illegal" for them to sell to a Canadian and told me if another dealer does it "they are breaking the law."Obviously this is blatantly false and made up. What is more dissapointing is that I actually bought from this dealer before twice in the last decade. I was not looking for a new car, I was only looking for used.

I recently leased a new Lincoln corsair Upon ordering, my sales person did not know how much the payment would be. I should have stopped right then, but I've always trusted Lincoln and over the years have used my husband's employee discount to purchase about 50 cars for ourselves, friends and family. When my car finally came in,it was $125 more than my last payment for the exact same car. I was disappointing but I accepted it -then the snowball startEd. In the past whenever I have purchased extra miles on a lease, if those miles were not used, I was reimbursed money for those miles. Upon turning my car in I found out that was not true. This time I was 10,000 miles under what I had paid for. My sales person delivered my new car and picked up my terminating leased one. I signed all the paperwork that she asked me to. Two weeks later, I got a threatening letter from Lincoln automotive - that I had not filed the odometer disclosure statement. How would I have known to do that? That's the dealership's responsibility. and the final straw was I just received a letter stating that I owe $435 because of the scratches on my car. My signature line was not signed but instead it said " lessee not present." Of course I was present -I was trading in my car and getting a new one. How do I know if those scratches happened after I turned in the car- I have never been treated so poorly!!! $60,000 for a car and I feel like I'm dealing with some shady used car salesman instead of Lincoln automotive!!! So much for Lincoln appreciating a loyal customer!

Great experience--from start to finish, Tracy took great care of me. I'm super happy with my purchase and the financing was great! I didn't expect to finance through the dealership, always thought it was too expensive. They found a great vehicle, for the right price and a very competitive interest rate. I'm looking forward to coming back!
