I've always enjoyed my shopping experiences at my local Bonobos guideshop. I recently purchased my third Bonobos suit and am very happy with the fit and style. Everyone was extremely helpful in assisting me with picking out the suit and my shirts!

I had an excellent experience at the Bonobos Guide Shop in Detroit! Cherub was incredibly helpful with my suit selection and even pointed out un-hemmed pants at a promotional price. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and offered great interview tips during our conversation. Outstanding service and a great shopping experience—highly recommend!

Came in excited to see items I saw online, but in store experience was really disappointing.
Sales associate seemed bothered to help me, offered no advice or information, only unenthusiastically answering my questions, despite the fact that I was the only person in the store.
Her focus seemed to be getting my personal info entered into the tablet vs describing the products and helping me find what I needed.
Store is beautiful and products look great, but I was happy to leave.

I shopped at Bonobos for the first time and was very impressed with Courtney’s customer service and expertise as well as the selection and quality of the clothing in the store. I’ll definitely return for future pieces.

I am a stocky guy in my thighs and shoulders. I came here because I heard they have athletic fits. What I didn’t realize is I was about to be treated to a fitting experience. I’ve always gone to stores and expected to browse and walk out with my purchase. Not here. Sean helped me select pants and shirts for office attire that fit my body type and it was a great experience. He even followed up with a thank you email. These clothes are expensive. But when I tried the samples on you can tell why. As they say, you get what you pay for.

KT was a fantastic guide to buying clothes that fit and look good. I would not have shopped Bonobos online by myself, but I am excited to receive the clothes I tried on and picked out today. Great experience that I highly recommend.

I purchased a few Bonbos items online and went to the store to return / exchange some of the items and I’m glad I did. The store has a great selection and fortunately all my sizes were in stock. Just FYI…if you have never been here, the store is strictly for trying items on and for sizing. Purchases are only online. I was greeted by Paul who was quite friendly, welcoming and had a bubbly personality. He passed me off to Courtney who took care of my return / exchanges and I must say, she went above and beyond and was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and provided great fashion advice!! I felt more comfortable with my purchases after discussing them with Courtney and getting her opinion. She genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchases and there was zero pressure to purchase more. Thank you again Courtney for the amazing service and good conversation! :)

They do not carry all pant’s inseam sizes in-store to try out, which makes it difficult to determine the right fit to select before ordering. They only carry inseam size 32.

Really happy with my Bonobos experience. I walked in expecting a typical men’s clothing store but it turned out this location is more of a fitting and showroom than an actual store. It’s great to get the help of someone who knows the products and how they fit and can help you choose the perfect size. Courtney was fantastic and helped me pick a size I never would have ordered online based on the description but it fit me like a glove. After you figure out sizes they can order your clothes for you right in the store. It’s super helpful and the staff there is great. Highly recommend.

I recently had an excellent experience at the Bonobos Guideshop in downtown Detroit. I had initially made an online purchase but needed to adjust the sizing, which can be a real hassle. Knowing my exact Bonobos size would save me a lot of trouble in the future.
I decided to visit the Detroit location, and I'm so glad I did. Courtney greeted me immediately upon entering and made me feel incredibly welcome. She was incredibly helpful and suggested I get fitted to eliminate any guesswork about my size in their clothing.
Courtney guided me through the process, and I was able to try on several items, making informed choices. I've now exchanged my shirts for ones that fit perfectly, and I know I'll love them.
If you're in the Detroit area, I highly recommend stopping by the Bonobos Guideshop. The staff, especially Courtney, are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

KT was super helpful and patient with me. I had a rare moment where I wanted to clothes shop and all the styles they provided where right up my alley. Was very impressed with the service and excited for an updated wardrobe. They sized me up and saved all my information so waiting for the clothes to arrive and hopefully I'll be back to buy more!
